3. Account Registration

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the ace336 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ace336 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

4.3 Refused and Reversed Transactions

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual offer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace336 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other loss resulting from technical failures, third-party actions, or events outside of ace336's reasonable control.
